Keto Fries That Don't Suck!

 Heavenly Fan on YouTube may be my new hero with these AMAZING fries!

Mine weren't as pretty as hers, but they were so good my inner fat girl was singing for joy.  I chose to do the coconut flour version and they were simply delicious.  Breaking it down on ingredients here:

1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
3 Teaspoons Xanthum Gum
8 Tablespoons VERY hot water (I nuked mine for a minute in the microwave)
Olive oil for shallow frying.

Watch the video for directions because she explains it much better than I can. Trust me when I tell you, this is the last french fry recipe you'll ever need.  I don't think they need any more flavor, but another viewer suggested you add a few drops of Mashed Potato flavor concentrate to make them even more genuine.  You can try them the regular way or pick up the Mashed potato flavor on  OOO flavors
