Ketakis Pork Rind Recipe




Takis – My kids are absolutely in love with Takis chips, purple bag.  I wasn’t in love with them not being Keto since both my young men are working on weight loss with Keto with me.  Being the mom, I knew I could come up with something similar and make it healthy!  So that’s what I did.  Using pork skins and my own mix of seasonings, my kids swear these are just as close to the ones loaded with carbs. (Don’t sue me Takis, your product is great, just not Keto friendly)

 

What You’ll Need

1 Oz Bag of Pork Skins (I use Macs)

1 Packet Truvia Stevia Leaf sweetener

1 Tsp Paprika

½ Tsp Garlic Powder

1 TBS Chili Powder

1 TBS Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper

1 Tsp black pepper

1 Tsp old bay seasoning mix

1 Tsp Tajin Clasico Chile Lime Seasoning

 

 

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350° F

Put your pork skins on a baking sheet and cook them at 350 for ten minutes.

While waiting for them to heat up, mix together all the spices in a Ziplock bag.

Pull out your pork skins and dump them in the Ziplock bag.

Shake Well & Enjoy!
