Keto Pantry Staples

These are products I use every week,  I couldn't imagine trying to make a recipe without them. Some of these are on the pricey side, so if you're low on cash, try buying the ones you're using for weekly meal prep and before you know it, you'll have all you need.

My morning fuel is Keto SlimFast.  I seriously am not a morning person, and cooking breakfast?  So not happening!  I'm not into the fasting stuff either, just keeping it real, so every morning I have my SlimFast shake but I don't mix it with water, I mix it with unsweetened almond milk.  It keeps me going until lunch where I usually (sorry to be so boring here) I just have a sandwich on a chaffle, or a salad.

This is my FAVORITE sweetener, and even my kids can't tell the difference between this and the real thing:

I try to keep my keto recipes as close to normal food recipes as possible, so having brown sugar and confectioners sugar in my arsenal is a must.  These are the two I've tried and really like. Brown Sugar:  Confectioners Sugar:

Going breadless isn't an option for me, and with all the great new Keto recipes for bread, bagels, biscuits, muffins and cakes, I don't have to!  You'll use these a lot so definitely stock up!

Coconut Flour:  Baking Powder (Aluminum Free):  Almond Flour:  Xanthan Gum:

Not only can you make tasty keto breakfast shakes with protein powder, you can also use it in many recipes to add thickness.  You'll see this in many recipes! I love IsoPure unflavored so I can mix it with anything.  IsoPure:  ZERO carbs!
