Keto Protein Shakes With Higgy's

 



There's nothing more filling than a protein shake to kick-start your morning!  We've been working in the test kitchen to come up with some incredible ideas to shake up your mornings in a delicious way and can't wait to share them with you!  Pull up a stool at your island bar, and let's talk delicious Keto Protein Shakes!

As most of you know, there are only certain fruits that are allowed in our Keto meal planning.  Just because you had to give up those fruits doesn't mean you can't still enjoy the flavors!  With Higgy's One-Shot Flavors, you can have all those delicious fruit flavors (and desserts as well) that you crave, without any of the calories or sugar found in those fruits.  I kid you not!  We're going to start with a basic keto protein shake, then show you how to make it AMAZING!  Are you ready?  Let's go!

What you'll need for the cheesecake keto shake recipe:

  • 1 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Or coconut milk if you choose)
  • 2 Tablespoons Monk fruit sweetener (granulated is fine I use Lakanto)
  • 2 Ounces of Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (I use IsoPure Zero Carb, Unflavored)
  • Ice
  • Blender or Nutribullet (for blending)
To make this basic protein shake, simply add all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.  This recipe will give you 3 net carbs, and 560 calories.  I use these shakes every morning and I stay full until lunch (sometimes longer)


Want Fewer Calories with all the great taste?  Drop the cream cheese and enjoy a delicious frozen shake that tastes just as good but drops the extra calories from the cream cheese.  This recipe tops out at 309 calories with only 1 CARB!!!  

Lower Carb/Calorie Keto Shake

  • 1 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Or coconut milk if you choose)
  • 2 Tablespoons Monk fruit sweetener (granulated is fine I use Lakanto)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of any Higgy's (or TOC'S) One Shot Flavors
  • 1/4 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (I use IsoPure Zero Carb, Unflavored)
  • Ice
  • Blender or Nutribullet (for blending)
